These terms and conditions here with shall apply to all contracts for the sale and supply of goods and services by Orange Crush Design to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions which the client may purport to apply.

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling.

Any returned cheques will incur an administration fee of £35.00

A 25% deposit is required before any work is undertaken.

A further 25% interim payment is required at a pre-defined mid-project point.

The balance must be settled within 14 days of invoice. Payments are to be made by either bank transfer or cheque. Any costs incurred in the event of recovery of late payments will be passed on to the customer.

We do not offer any form of credit to clients.

An account shall be considered default if it remains unpaid for 30 days from the date of invoice, or following a returned cheque. Orange Crush Design shall be considered entitled to remove Orange Crush Design's and/or the customer's material from any and all computer systems, until the amount due has been fully paid. This includes any and all unpaid monies due for services, including, but not limited to, hosting, domain registration, search engine submission, design and maintenance, sub-contractors, printers, photographers and libraries. Removal of such materials does not relieve the customer of it's obligation to pay the due amount.

Orange Crush Design shall retain the property of the services until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received by Orange Crush Design.

Services are described as accurately as possible. Specifications will only change after consultation with the customer.

Orange Crush Design will not change its products, prices or terms and conditions after sale and before delivery without prior notice. The terms and conditions governing any transaction at the time of sale will be those situated on this site at the time of order.

Orange Crush Design endeavours to process orders as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by any third party.

You have the right to cancel an order within 7 (seven) days of signing your contract with us. If choose to cancel your order within this period, your deposit will be returned in full. Domain Name Registration does not qualify for the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee but can be cancelled if the registration process has not completed, your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation beyond this 7 day period must be confirmed in writing, at which point payment for all work completed up to that time will be immediately billable.

All content included on this website (www.orangecrushdesign.co.uk), such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images and HTML, is the property of Orange Crush Design and/or its suppliers and partners. No items on this site may be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published or stored electronically without the expressed permission of the rightful copyright holder.

Any web elements that Orange Crush Design creates become the joint property of Orange Crush Design and the Customer on completion of payment. Orange Crush Design will not make alterations to your website on completion of payment without your permission. You have the right to reuse and redistribute any of your web elements. Orange Crush Design also reserves the right to adapt and reuse these web elements.

Orange Crush Design cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any of website content provided by the client. Orange Crush Design will not undertake work on any sites that contain explicit, adult or illegal material or seem disreputable in nature. Orange Crush Design will not work with sites containing illegal MP3sor IRC Bots

Clients will be responsible for the content of their page/s including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of their page/s do not violate UK or any other laws that are applicable

Orange Crush design can accept no responsibility or liability if any search engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion commission, chooses not to list a client's web site.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law.
